I began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2010 and fell in love with it right away. After completing my first two classes I signed up for a 30 day challenge and could not believe how strongly I felt the mental and physical benefits of the yoga right from the start.
Bikram Yoga is so much more than just another form of exercise. It’s a complete physical workout that empowers and connects us to who we are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I was inspired to attend teacher training in the fall of 2013. It’s been such a joy to share my love and passion of this practice with people of all sizes, backgrounds, ages, and physical abilities and to see their growth and transformation.
