I have resided on the West Coast for the majority of this life and have been actively involved in the world of yoga for over 17 years. Throughout this time, I have built a genuine appreciation for the practice of movement therapy in all it’s forms. My goal as a student and teacher is to hold space, inspire and learn from each practice; arriving in savasana feeling refreshed and a little bit more balanced.
My yoga guiding style is humorous (Dad jokes preferred), transformative and grounding. Some of my favourite classes have been taught abroad in South East Asia, New Zealand and the USA – outside of my comfort zone. I am certified in Bikram Yoga, RYT300, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Therapeutic Yoga. I consider myself to be a life-long learner and am also a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). I was drawn to the practice of massage therapy out of a passion for expanding my knowledge about the human body and an innate desire to help others.
Outside of teaching I’m often found laughing, exploring mountains and beaches, and enjoying a great cup of coffee. See you in practice soon!
