Our Fire and Water Yoga class, is a fusion of Bikram Yoga and Yin Yoga.

Each class incorporates the Xpress version of the Bikram Yoga series, followed by 30 minutes of a Yin Yoga style stretch.

Heat up your body Bikram Yoga style, with a focus on strength, stamina and stability. Then, in the long, deep, slow stretch of Yin Yoga, find your Zen – no assumptions, expectations nor prejudices and just like a beginner, receptive and open.
