Adrienne is a 200hr RYT and one of the Vinyasa instructors at The Studio. She has been practicing yoga since highschool and began to teach in 2018 after her Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand. Adrienne has a Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta and she has continued to study fitness, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga for trauma and stress for an all-around approach.
She enjoys working with people to be present and to feel their best. Minds and bodies are incredible and capable of so much; especially when we take time to connect and listen to them.
Off her mat, Adrienne adores spending time with her cat Neville, exploring the great outdoors, and knitting. She is delighted to be a part of the Studio community!
