Certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and several other yoga styles, Joyce creates an inclusive and nurturing environment where students of all levels feel welcome. With a background in personal training, martial arts, hypnosis, and meditation, Joyce integrates dynamic vinyasa flows and restorative sequences, making each session an experience of transformation. She’s particularly skilled at balancing flexibility training with strength-building, helping students achieve both fluidity and stability in their practice.
