You’ll flow from one pose to the next with your breath guiding the way—sometimes slow and steady, sometimes a little more energizing. No two classes are ever exactly the same, which keeps the practice fresh, fun, and engaging.
Expect to build heat, move with purpose, and leave feeling both energized and grounded… like you’ve reset your entire system ✨
All levels are welcome, with options and variations offered so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
