vinyasa yoga

This 75 minute class is a low intensity version of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series.

The class is lead with a continuous movement and breath connection (which is what the word Vinyasa means).

Sun Salutations followed by traditional yoga asanas (postures) are designed and sequenced for their many health benefits.
