the original hot yoga

Length: 90 minutes
Heat: Hot

Original Hot Yoga is a structured, therapeutic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room. The class is designed to systematically work every part of the body—building strength, improving flexibility, supporting detoxification, and enhancing overall balance and focus.

The heat is intentional—and powerful.

Practicing in a hot room allows your muscles and joints to warm up safely and efficiently, helping to reduce the risk of injury while allowing you to move deeper into each posture. It challenges your mind, increases cardiovascular benefits, supports metabolism, and encourages a deep, cleansing sweat.

Think of it like this…
Just as steel must be heated before it can be shaped into a strong, refined sword, your body responds to heat in the same way. When warm, it becomes more adaptable, more resilient, and more open to transformation. Without that warmth, the process is harder—and far less effective.

Each class follows the same sequence, giving you the opportunity to track your progress, build confidence, and truly connect to your practice. Over time, what once felt challenging becomes familiar—and incredibly empowering.

Why Practice?

A regular practice can:

• Reduce stress and calm the mind
• Increase energy and vitality
• Improve circulation and heart health
• Support metabolism and hormonal balance
• Strengthen the immune system
• Improve flexibility, strength, and spinal health
• Relieve chronic pain and tension
• Support mental health and emotional well-being
• Help regulate blood sugar, cholesterol, and overall body function

And perhaps most importantly…
It helps you feel better—in your body, in your mind, and in your life ✨

How Often Should I Come?

In the beginning, consistency is everything.

We recommend practicing regularly—ideally a few times a week or even daily in your first few months—to help your body acclimate to the heat, learn the postures safely, and experience the full benefits of the series.

At first, it might feel challenging or even a little uncomfortable… that’s completely normal. Stay with it. Your strength, confidence, and comfort will grow faster than you think.

Over time, find a rhythm that works for your life—whether that’s 2–3 times per week or more.

Life gets busy… but this time is for you. And you are worth it 💛
