Since the age of 7, I have embarked on a profound journey through yoga, delving into spiritual practices that have shaped my life. Now at 24, with 17 years of dedication, I have earned a 500-hour US Yoga Alliance certification and 1year diploma in yoga Education(world yoga alliance) and participated in many national and international compitaions in India and won 3 gold and 2 sliver medals in national level championship , have been teaching for 6 years. Immersed in meditation and travel to sacred places, I continue to deepen my knowledge and understanding of spirituality through yoga and mindful exploration.
