A dream studio where it is difficult to choose a class because all the teachers I have been able to practice with are fabulous.
Of all the studios I tested, this is the first one where I could not choose a teacher because they all have a particularity, a way of teaching that gives you wings. Each one allows you to leave the studio with renewed energy.
Diane: Goodness incarnate. Sandy (the owner) a mix of energy and calmness at the same time. Glenn: precision, invigorating energy
I am addicted to Bikram but I took the time to discover Buti yoga. We are far from traditional yoga but I don’t consider myself a “yogi”, so I loved this class taught by Laura who has a really great communicative vitality. Buti yoga should be prescribed by doctors to start your day. We come out full of energy and joy! A perfect mix to start the day.
I also tested the ”Fire and Water” taught by Sophia which starts with an hour of Bikram and ends with 30 minutes of Yin, a marvel also. Sophia will help you develop a beautiful practice with firmness and kindness.
The only problem is that you just want to spend your day in the studio and take all the classes!

In my opinion, a first class Bikram yoga studio: warm and friendly staff, bright/spacious amenities, large, comfortable studio, centrally located, reasonable rates. I especially enjoyed the complementary cold/scented towels at the end of practice – a really nice touch!

The variety of instructors – I had four different in a seven day period – really allowed me to internalize some unique cues. THANKS!
The instructors are friendly and experienced and the studio felt welcoming. There’s a nice mix of classes and I always feel fantastic after each class I do. I really appreciated the introductory pass so I could try as many classes as I wanted to for three first week. I would definitely recommend this studio whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi!
