Kelly Joy Miles

Instructor for Vinyasa, Yin

Kelly grew up on Vancouver Island moved away to begin a career in the yachting industry, and travelled the world on the water for over 17 years, visiting all 7 continents and 75 different countries.

In 2013, Kelly completed her teacher trainings with Absolute Hot Yoga® in Thailand. Continuing with her certifications she became a certified instructor with Yoga Trapeze® , Yoga Teacher College Diploma® and Breath Coach in Spain and California. Today she is continuing to expanded her knowledge with anatomy and nutrition courses. 

Kelly had been teaching onboard private yachts and expedition cruise ships, in studios, private homes, and online.

What she loves most about Yoga is the community it creates, along with the sense of serenity and self-awareness, the healing and strengthening benefits it brings to our minds and bodies.

Through this practice of Yoga, you will work through emotional and physical barriers without even trying, knowing or expecting it. You will gain strength, enhance flexibility, improve balance, reduce stress, overcome injuries and create healthy habits. 

Yoga has changed my life, my body, and mind. It will do the same for you.
