Instructor for HIIT
I love helping students move with confidence and intention. Certified in Pilates, Barre, HIIT, and Yoga fitness, I bring a well-rounded and mindful approach to every class. Pilates is at the core of my teaching, with a strong focus on building connection between mind, body, and breath. I strive to create classes that feel empowering, educational, and grounding.
Outside the studio, you’ll find me on my couch with my cats or in the forest with my dogs.
