The Comox Valley has been my home since 2013 and I have practiced yoga since 2006. My yoga practice brings balance, strength, peace and open mindedness to all aspects of my life from parenting my two boys to working as an educator to walking in the woods with my dog.
I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in hot hatha and vinyasa yoga in Nelson BC during the summer of 2019. My classes are rooted in traditional vinyasa practice where movement/flow connects to breath.
I am honoured to teach vinyasa yoga at The Studio in the Comox Valley.
