HIIT-X (HIIT Xpress) uses all the principles of the regular, hour long HIIT class, compressed into an intense 28-30 minute session.

A short warm-up series of 3-4 minutes is quickly followed by the main part of the class, an 18 minute, three four-exercise series, completed three times to the beat of fast pace music.

There’s no time to think! Just breath and use your core. Eighteen minutes will pass in a blink and it’s back on the floor for a small but demanding core routine.

Class finishes to a few dynamic stretches and cool down, then students will be up and on their way to start the day.

Stay hydrated before and after. You will sweat something fierce!!
